Reasons for the increase in oil temperature.
① The fuel tank is located near a waterjet cutter high-temperature radiation source, and the ambient temperature is high
② The energy conversion generated by various pressure losses (such as overflow, pressure reduction, etc.) in hydraulic systems is large
③ Insufficient heat dissipation area during fuel tank design
④ The oil has deteriorated or the viscosity of the selected oil is inappropriate. The deteriorated oil has turned into black, viscous hydraulic oil.
2 How to control the rise of oil temperature
① Try to avoid heat sources and place in a well ventilated area;
② Adjust the flow rate of the oil pump to reduce high-pressure overflow losses and minimize system heating;
Attention: Please adjust the flow rate of the oil pump when it is turned off.
③ Choose hydraulic components from genuine and legitimate manufacturers;
④ Correct selection of oil viscosity;Note: The fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about 6 months of use of the new equipment, and the new oil should be replaced once a year thereafter
⑤ Oil coolers can be installed near high-temperature heat sources or when equipment operates continuously for a long time.
